Download the application form for your desired programme from the links below, fill in all required details clearly in BLOCK LETTERS.
Attach Required Documents
Attach attested copies of: 10th mark sheet, 12th / PUC mark sheet, Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, Passport photos (4 nos.), Caste Certificate (if applicable), Aadhar Card copy.
Submit Application
Submit the completed form in person at the college office or send via email to admissions@udupicolleges.edu.in. You can also apply online through our Online Application Form.
Counselling & Merit List
Eligible candidates will be called for counselling. Admission is based on merit in qualifying examination. Seats are allotted as per university norms.
Fee Payment & Enrolment
Pay the first-semester fee and complete the enrolment formalities. Fee payment can be made via DD, Net Banking or at the college office.
